Radio Gaga vs. Memory Scanner

In 1999 Guy van Belle was asking musicians for contributions to a CD to be published by Leonardo Music Journal (Volume 9.1999 "Power and Responibility"). Specifically he was looking for left-overs and accidents from their ordinary work process. At that time I had been working on a speech synthesizer project where at some point instead of sending the sound buffer to the audio output a bug caused the entire RAM to be scanned and converted to sound. Some of the results reminded me of early radio session scrubing thru the whole shortwave spectrum. So I put some of that on the other channel (which is where is left as an excercise)
